apostle-suleman-says-oral-sex-not-a-sin-in-marriage,-sparks-debate

Senior Pastor of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has ignited controversy after declaring that oral sex is not a sin when practiced within marriage.

The cleric made the comment during a question-and-answer session at a church programme after a member asked if oral sex is condemned by the Bible.

“Oral sex is not a sin if it is between a husband and wife,” Suleman responded, stressing that marital intimacy is not limited by religious prohibitions as long as it remains within the confines of marriage.

His statement has since stirred debate among Christians, with some welcoming his position as a candid and modern interpretation of marital intimacy, while others argue that it contradicts biblical principles on sexual purity.

The exchange reflects ongoing divisions within Nigeria’s religious community over how faith leaders should address sensitive issues of sexuality, particularly as congregants increasingly seek clearer guidance on what the Bible permits in marriage.
