china-to-begin-evacuating-citizens-from-israel-to-egypt-starting-friday

China’s embassy in Israel has announced plans to begin evacuating Chinese citizens from the country to Egypt, in response to the escalating conflict between Israel and Iran. According to a notice issued on Thursday, the evacuation will begin on Friday and take place in batches.

The embassy stated that Chinese nationals will be transported by bus approximately 360 kilometres from Tel Aviv to the Taba Border Crossing into Egypt. The route is being coordinated as a precautionary measure amid rising violence and instability in the region.

“The Israel-Iran conflict continues to intensify, with increasing casualties,” the embassy warned. “The possibility of further deterioration cannot be ruled out.”

This move highlights growing international concern over the worsening security situation in Israel. Several countries have already issued travel warnings and begun contingency planning for their nationals.

The evacuation underscores the urgency with which governments are responding to the deteriorating conditions, as the Israel-Iran conflict shows no signs of easing.
